August, the calm before the storm.

It has long been thought that in the employment market, August is a dead month but think on, it’s not true. August is the month to prepare for the job market!

Have your CV ready, have clarity about your objectives and do your research:

• Who should you talk to?

• Which head-hunters have a presence in your particular market etc?
